Privacy Policy

Draft Updated [effective date] England & Wales

Praxis exists to keep the people you work with safe. This policy explains, in proper detail, what data passes through Praxis, who is responsible for it, and how it is protected — and beside every clause you will find a plain-English note explaining what it actually means in practice.

The promises behind this policy

Your own encryption key

Every practice gets a dedicated AES-256 key — never a shared one. Clients’ notes are scrambled the moment they’re stored.

Erasure that’s truly final

Deleting throws the key away. Once it’s gone, the data can never be read again — by anyone, including us.

Held in the UK & EU

Pinned to Western Europe, so your information lives and is processed close to home — not shipped off elsewhere.

No trackers, ever

One essential session cookie, and that’s it. No advertising, no profiling, and nothing is ever for sale.
